How I Teach and Play
I specialize in e4 openings, especially gambits as white. As Black, I adopt a reactionary playing style adapting to my opponent's play style. I am highly experienced and well versed in teaching chess. I have helped my friends and classmates to improve rapidly.
A crucial phase of most, if not all, chess games is the endgame. The endgame is of vital importance to the outcome of the chess game, whether it be a loss, draw or win. Some of my lessons will be dedicated to this area of chess. These include but are not limited to:
-
Converting drawn positions to winning positions,
-
Rook vs. Bishop/Knight endgames and how to win or draw
-
Stalemating traps
-
Pawn structure
-
Bishop and Knight Checkmate
Last but not least, I will teach you how to create a breakthrough in a closed position and how to spot tactical sacrifices, resulting in a boost to your rating.
I will also be giving fun challenges regularly to my class, such as challenging puzzles.
